Processing Times

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Large orders (5+ items) and wholesale orders may also require additional time.
Please note: Shipping speed selected at checkout does not affect processing time.
Shipping Times

Once fulfilled, orders are shipped via USPS or other carriers and typically arrive within 2–5 business days (U.S. orders).

You will receive a tracking email within 24 hours of fulfillment.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier’s system.

We are not responsible for lost packages or incorrect addresses.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

You will receive store credit for the item(s) only (shipping costs are non-refundable).

No refunds will be issued for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is out of our hands. We cannot speed up transit times or locate delayed packages.

If your order shows as delivered but is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your package is lost in transit, you may file a claim with the appropriate carrier.

We will do our best to make any situation right, but we do not offer refunds for items marked as delivered.
